Some companies try to claim losing 10 pounds of fat with their product to be traditional

This is somewhat difficult to deal with in losing 10 pounds of fat fast. With their traditional product are they trying to say its a proven product for many centuries? Or a newly researched product but used as an old, proven formula? Or just a cheap product that the term traditional has been added just to improve their sales? Infomercials are prevalent on TV, especially in non-peak hours. They are promoting their products for weight reduction problems on how to loose belly fat, ab gadgets and many other fads. I cant say that they are all bad, but please dont pick your phone and order one for you before you do your research first.

Cargo Bikes Extend the Use of a Bike to a True Transportation Alternative

As the price of gas increases, many people are looking for alternative forms of transportation. Bicycling has always been popular for shorter distance trips, but many bicycles have limited carrying capacity, which limits their use. The advent of a new form of bicycle, the cargo bike changes this. A cargo bike is just like a regular bike, but is longer with a substantial carrying rack in back. This allows the rider to carry a week’s worth of groceries, bulky items or even children in bicycle child seats. This addition changes the bicycle into a green transportation alternative, extending its use from just recreation to transportation.
